Beautiful, delicious food, excellent value for money, and all pasta is made fresh on the day. This restaurant is run by a warm and welcoming Milanese couple who are an absolute delight and are passionate about the quality of their food. Just go.

What an incredible journey with Alessio and Laura! From their humble beginnings in Chelmsford Market to their charming restaurant in Ingatestone, they've created something truly special. The decor is simple yet classy, and the pasta remains as fresh and beautiful as ever. But here's the exciting part: they've added delicious pizzas to the menu! We tried one, and it was light, crispy, and bursting with flavour. The hospitality is just as vibrant and enthusiastic as we remember. Lunchtime is relaxed, with lovely Italian music playing. The menu offers fresh, homemade pasta, pizza, and daily specials. Make sure you Shazam their list of great songs! For an unforgettable experience, book ahead for dinner. We had the Diavolo pizza with extra chilli—it was perfection. We also tried the Pipe N'Duja E Burrata, a creamy and spicy pasta dish that left us in awe. Everything is made fresh. If you love authentic Italian food or have a genuine interest in the culinary world, this is the place to be. We can't wait to go back for dinner!

A random spur of the moment treat...... I can’t recall what the starter was but it was bloomin’ lovely. The unpictured non garlic bread was to die for too. And my favourite main...carbonara never disappoints. All washed down with an Aperol Spritz of course. Thanks Laura for a delicious meal and great service.

We had an amazing dinner here. Everything from the food, to the service, the atmosphere was absolutely perfect! The pace of service was great too, not too slow or too quick. The food was unbelievable. It felt like being in Italy for one evening and we will definitely be going back! Thank you
